Saboreal Wrap with Yogurt Sauce

Our Saboreal Wrap recipe with yogurt sauce is delicious and "no fault" ...

Wrap:

• Petiscada of Mackerel with Habanero or Olhalvo à Xalapa (both spicy)
• 1 pack of wraps
• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Pepino
• Abacate
• Red cabbage (optional)

Sauce

• Natural yogurt (1 cup)
• Lemon
• Salt
• Mint (leaves of 2-4 branches)
• Garlic (optional)

For the Sauce: Put the sauce ingredients in a glass and take it to the magic wand (or any food processor). Then, just grind everything, adjust the seasoning and take it to the refrigerator.

For the Wrap: Place the vegetables on the wrap, add two generous spoons of Petiscada de Olhalvo or Mackerel with Habanero.

Now just let the wrap soak in the delicious yogurt sauce and taste ...
