We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information and data contained on the Site are accurate and up-to-date when they are entered into the Site. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information (including information about goods and services) included on the Site.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How do I proceed to return an item?

All requests for returns or exchanges of purchased products must be sent to the following address geral@saboreal.pt . Attached to the return or exchange request, it is mandatory to send a description of the reason for the return or exchange, as well as a photograph of the product in question.

All returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original condition.

Proof of purchase is required to obtain a refund or exchange. We will not accept any email confirmation as proof of purchase.

How long do I have to make a return? The deadline for any return is 14 working days from the shipping confirmation email.

Do I have to pay something to return an item? The costs of returning the item(s) are to be paid by the customer. If the claim is proven to be justified, this amount will be refunded to the customer by bank transfer.

How will I receive the amount corresponding to the returned item? The amount corresponding to the returned item will be transferred to the bank account indicated by the customer.

When will I receive the amount corresponding to the returned item? After the return is approved (the items must be in perfect condition), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid to your account within a few days.

How should I proceed if the refund amount is incorrect? Contact our customer service and we will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Conserveira do Arade, Lda reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were purchased.

Can I exchange the items I bought? We do not exchange.

The User must fill in a form, in which, in addition to optional elements, the following data must be indicated:

• Keyword.

What should I do if I receive a defective item? The www.conserveiradoarade.com page only sells items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive a defective item, you should contact our customer service.

How much do I have to pay for shipping charges? Shipping costs are variable and are entirely up to the user. When finalizing your purchase, the calculation of shipping costs is processed automatically, depending on the weight and country of destination.
