Preheat the oven to 230ºC. Place a suitable skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter in the center of the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes.
In a blender place the eggs, flour, milk and salt. Grind everything very well until the dough is free of lumps.
Put the preparation in a bowl and add the cheese and the chopped chives, mix well. Place the dough on the skillet in the oven and cook for 20 minutes until the pancake is golden and fluffy. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Place a tray in the oven with the raw tomatoes. Season with a drizzle of olive oil and salt. Bake about 10 minutes. Remove and serve with a slice of pancake and a tablespoon of Petiscada de Mackerel with Pimento Habanero. Before serving pour a few drops of lime juice.
