Holidays and weekends call for slow family meals.

The secret to a good and long brunch is to combine flavors. Add fruit, coffee, tea or juice, sweets and snacks and some Petiscadas “et voilá”!

Quick pancakes (4pax)

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • ½ glass of milk/vegetable drink
  • 4 tablespoons filled with wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast
  • Qb salt
  • lemon drops


Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites and set aside. Add the flour, egg whites and milk in a bowl and mix. Add the beaten egg whites and add the yeast, salt and finally a few drops of lemon.

Fry in a non-stick frying pan or put in the oven.

Serve it with our Petiscadas, fruit and a very fresh drink.

Note: You can cut it in funny shapes to surprise the youngest ones in the family.

(To turn this recipe into a sweet recipe, exchange the lemon drops for vanilla drops and add 3 teaspoons of brown sugar.)
